Your home share is showing up because the PC is presenting your user credentials to the NAS.
If you want to see what the others on the team will see, you need to use their credentials.

Hello DW2016,
This FAQ might help you. Once you access the volume of the NAS, the computer remembers your login and keep using it until you disconnect from the volume. You need to disconnect from the NAS drives first to get other users connect and test or see if access rights you have set are working as expected.
