Need help installing OGG encoder for Subsonic

Hey guys-

Just got an Ultra 2+ the other day and it's been fun so far trying to get this thing set up the way I want it. After a bit of stumbling (Subsonic add-on didn't want to install normally so I had to learn how to do it manually), I have that all set up.

On my old computer, I have my subsonic set to transcode to OGG for my phone, since I find it to return smaller files with more transparency. However, the ffmpeg that is bundled with the Subsonic add-on that super-poussin made doesn't have "libvorbis", so Subsonic gives me this error:

(/c/webroot/subsonic/transcode/ffmpeg) Unknown encoder 'libvorbis'

I'm a bit nooby when it comes to linux compiling, but I mostly just don't want to do anything wrong and break the setup that I have going. Is there a decent way to getting this or a similarly suitable OGG encoder installed on my machine so I can transcode to OGG?

Thanks in advance.
