Not able to create readynas remote account - user exists
Hi, I am trying to create a new ReadyNAS Remote account for NAS sync to an offsite ReadyNAS. When I try to create the account it keeps saying the UserID exists although I have tried 20 differ...

Exact same problem here. Setting up a refurbished ReadyNAS 1500 and no matter what I do to create the account i get the same message. Frustrating!

Is it possible that Netgear support actually has to create these accounts manually? ...still?
