Old readynas offline cannot remove
I recently reset my readynas and gave it a new name. Under readynas remote the previous name still appears as a device and as offline. How,do I delete it from the readynas remote list.

To delete the account for the old hostname. First stop ReadyNAS Remote on the NAS.
Then go to https://remote.readynas.com
the login is "hostname_MACADDRESSOFETH0" (no quotes)
the password is "!MACADDRESSOFETH0!" (! marks either side of MAC Address)
Then delete the account.
NB: MAC Address is all capitals and has no ":"s or spaces in it.
Start Remote on the NAS again.
