Post-processing Sickbeard downloads?

Right

So I got Sabnzb + Sickbeard (finally) running on my ReadyNAS. So when Sickbeard finds a new episode for a TV show, it downloads the NZB from nzbmatrix, sends it to SABNzb which then downloads (and unpacks) the file to my \media\downloads\complete folder. Problem is, the downloaded are not automatically sent to the correct tv show folder and they just stay there where SABNzb downloaded them.

Since the Sickbeard (for Readynas) instructions stated SABnzb settings should be picked up automatically, I didn't change a thing regarding to this moving stuff. Is there anything I need to configure now to make Sickbeard move the episodes to the correct folder?

  • Anyone? When I do manual processing from within the Sickbear interface, the episodes are copied/moved correctly. But it seems Sickbeard is not doing this automatically (at least not right after download, maybe need to wait a few hours?).
  • Had to reinstall sickbeard on my nas. Now post processing doesnt work anymore. I set the folder with tv shows to \media\downloads\complete which is where they are downloaded, but the shows are not processed automatically. Any idea if I do something wrong with this path?
  • To get this working you need the sabtosickbeard.py script running in sabnzbd+. without it, Sickbeard has no way of knowing when a download is complete and all it will do it just "snatch" titles. In which case post-processing will need to be done manually. I think this thread might have the information your looking for:
