Firstly I think it's 4.1 I can't remember how to check this info. How do I go about accessing the drive with SMB?
How do I go about zipping the log if I can't download it. I get this error message when I try to download all logs:

Access via SMB:// gives this error.
The server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection, and then try again.
