Are there any plans to make ReadyCLOUD available for legacy devices?

But if you are willing to move to an unsupported configuration you can upgrade 4.2.x firmware to OS 6. - Jdc6799AspirantI have a ReadyNAS DUO running 4.3.8. Is this device supported with the ReadyCLOUD feature? I have the device connected to the router and stream iTunes from it on my home network. I want to extend the function, so I can access when I am not at home. I have tried to set-up the device, but the site (below) does not 'discover' my device. I have also used RAIDar to install the ReadyNAS Remote add on. Still no luck. Advice?

If there was somebody at NetGear I could bitch at about these machines going EOL so quick I would. My RN Pro works just fine now that I fixed my own screwups with upgrading the disc drives. I can't imagine what the new units do that mine doesn't and other than run the aforementioned programs; I can't think of anything else it 'needs' to do. And I have no intention of buying a new machine just to run those. (Note: I still run XP on a couple of machines because it works fine.) Hopefully somebody at NG reads this and even listens. For the latest version of ReadyNAS Remote Desktop Client software for Windows and MAC before the ReadyCloud Client came out, you could still download it on these links below:
Windows: http://www.readynas.com/contributed/mdg ... 6.5.23.exe
Mac: http://www.readynas.com/contributed/mdg ... 1.2.15.pkg
For the ReadyNAS Remote Add-on for the Legacy ReadyNAS units, you could still download it from this link:
