  • Hi Pavelods

    Welcome to the Community!

If you have a Duo V1 unfortunately Photos II is not compatible with it, You have to have a Duo V2 for it to come installed with the firmware.

if you have a V2 then make sure you update the firmware then try to install the add-on again.

Photos i which Duo V1 supports is already EOL, Click here for the info.

    ReadyNAS Photos II

    Hope this helps!

    Regards

Pavelods:  You definitely have a v1.  A Duo v2 runs 5.3.x firmware.  A Duo v1 runs 4.1.x - and that is clearly what you are running.

So your NAS is not compatible with Photos II, and as Marc_V explains, you can't use Photos I either.  Your best option is to look for a service that either runs on a cloud server or runs on a PC.

In any case Photos II has been discontinued as well so even on models that supported that it can't be used anymore.
