ReadyNAS Remote Client Login Problems AGAIN

Since Friday 30th July we have been unable to login to ReadyNAS Remote using the WIndows Client. The message received is:

 

A connection to the server could not be established; this error may occur if you are on a network that uses a proxy server or
if you have previously configured Leaf to use a proxy server and the proxy server has changed.
Would you like to configure ReadyNAS Remote to use a proxy to connect to the Internet?

 

We don't use a proxy. This has happened before and usually comes back within a few hours. It seems the problem is with the Netgear Server that handles the intermediary login.

 

NB. Logging in with any of our client accounts on the website remote.readynas.com works perfectly.

  • We are experiencing the same problem.

     

    Model: RNDU4000 : ReadyNAS Ultra 4 [X-RAID2]

    Firmware: RAIDiator 4.2.30 

    ReadyNAS Remote v1.0.9.51 (on NAS)

    ReadyNAS Remote Version 1.7.6.28 (client)

      On July 1st I started having the same issue.  I spoke to Netgear support, and the issue could not be resolved on the call.  Howevre I was able to provide posts showing the other users were experiencing same issue.
