Readynas remote connecting but no shares visible
Hi. both my iphone and ipad readynas remote apps can connect but i cant see any shares, i'll include a photo to show what i'm seeing. Thanks

Restarting the iPhone may not be enough.
You should try to quit the app (double tap the home button, swipe up (or click the "-" for older versions). You should do this for all apps in case your are having memory problems or a conflict between two apps.
There is also an old trick, press and maintain the home button, then press and maintain the lock button until you see the boot logo. There was a time where this cleaned caches, not sure if it still does.
Do you use specific DNS settings on either the windows device that works or the phone/ipad ? Did you use the same connection to test (some providers block some services) ?
