Readynas remote connecting but no shares visible

I'm having the same exact problem accessing my DUO V2 on my android phone as well. It probably went down about a month or so ago, and has not reappeared. I can log into the program, the shares no longer appear. They have appeared for well over a year up until this point. Any help would be appreciated.
