ReadyNAS Remote installation failure (10.7.2 OS X)

I've been able to install this on other Macs. For some reason I can not get it to install on my current machine. Searching the forum did not turn up an answer. When going through the installer, the progress bar stops and I get a window that says, "The Installation Failed." The log file segment is provided below. This machine is running 10.7.2. I have Admin rights on my account and just installed another app with no issues. Any assistance would be appreciated. From below there seems to be some kind of entitlement issue - as I said I have admin rights and just installed something else this AM. Is there something else, entitlement-wise, for which I'm unaware?

Thanks,

Filippo
