OK, thanks, I sign in, and then what? I get a welcome message but clicking on "view your profile" takes me back to the login. (And is it normal this is not a secure connection?)

I mean I installed the client for Windows again but it doesn't seem different from the one I had: "Error opinigj file for writing:...(lnregasm.exe)". Then launching the program I see my 2 remote NAS devices offline, and nothing hapens when I click on "connect"

No change. I installed this version which is probably the same I had. I can login but it won't connect (nothing when I show the devices and click on connect, or when I open the share file window.
I followed the recommendations in the article to no avail.

Hello miaomiaou,
So it just sees your NAS but won't connect, right?
Please make sure to turn off firewall security software on the computer, that most of the time blocks the app from connecting.
