Hi Spock1,
Can you confirm if your ReadyCLOUD/ReadyNAS Remote ID is registered as the admin in the device admin page. Also, kindly check the Cloud tab and tell us if internet is marked as available and services is marked online.
I look forward to your response.
Kind regards,

Hi Brian, thanks for your response.
I have a ReadyNAS Duo RND2000 V.1 that I undestand is not compatible with ReadyCloud (ReadyCloud Can't discover my device)Before Windoes 10, my only way to connect to ReadyNas Remote was via Iphone App (not working anymore after Windows 10 upgrade) and Via Windows Netgear application (not working, even after the new update).
As far as I understand, I have no way to confirm your request. Am I right?.

Hi Spock1,
Could you restart the ReadyNAS Remote Service in the device admin page? Also verify if the ReadyNAS remote ID that you are using is registered or listed as one of the allowed ReadyNAS remote IDs to access your device.
Kind regards,
BrianL
