Sounds like you restored a config backup onto the 3200 from a NAS that had Replicate installed but don't have Replicate installed on the 3200.

I seem to recall that Netgear support did get me to restore the unit at some stage. I am not sure that we ever had any apps on it, but if that is the cause of the problem, is there a way of removing the "entry" that is blocking the new installation please? I am a GUI user, but I am happy to use command line if somebody tells me how to get at it! Thanks again for the prompt reply - Terry

- terryd1Jul 22, 2016AspirantAh, thanks, I missed that as LastPass logged me straight in. Doh.
- terryd1Jul 22, 2016AspirantJennC, I have downloaded it fine but I see the same error of "Installation of this add-on conflicts with an existing service. Aborting installation". So the other answer indicating that there may be an entry from a previous restore sounds like it is the answer? Can I edit something somewhere to correct the problem please? Thanks - Terry

Hello terryd1,
It seems this needs to be checked from the backend. I suggest you try contacting support center.
Or PM mdgm he might also be able to help.
