I've got e-mail-bombed by DNS-O-Matic for abuse. Strange, because I have used the same settings for a long time and had got no prolems with that. Maybe they changed their allowed update frequency.
Does DNS-o-Matic not have a skip variable like the DynDNS client?
Example of Dyndns Client - settings
I have collected some "my ip" services:
