Thanks! I've had the abuse mails as well, but couldn't find what the problem is and just turned the add-on off.
I didn't check it before, but if I check http://myip.dnsomatic.com, then it just returns my IP like it used to do... Maybe it was a problem they had at dnsomatic and which is fixed now?
