RN 104 Currently you have no registered devices 16/11/2016 on my 2 computers
RN 104 I believe I am on 6.5.1 or at least I updatded about a week ago and my ReadyCloud and NAS have worked since until recently.
Today on both my Computers, one local one remote the same result "currently you have no registered devices "
I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling on one PC following the advice from this thread.
{ Hello Popsicle
looks like something in your ReadyCLOUD client is broken, please uninstall/install it again from following link
Windows version
http://readycloud.netgear.com/client/install/ReadyCloudSetup.exe }
No change. Neffect
It strikes me that this is happening concurrently on two different PCs so may not be PC ReadyCloud related since it is affectting both!
I will not be able to follow up for a few days so bear with me.
Any help would be appreciated
Many thanks
Mike
Hi StephanB Yes I was able to use the ReadyCloud until at least two weeks before my first post. Away for a week and on my return this problem in evidence.
Hi JennC
Via //IPAddress/admin: (so Desktop client I presume) Ready Cloud, Admin Page, Accounts: Cloud Users - My email and username ; Users - admin ; Groups -admin
Is this what you mean by "signed in as" field.
No other invited users (none expected)
However I went through the Tabs and in the Cloud tab All 5 categories set to off. Particularly Ready Cloud.b I toggled it to ON and then it showed Signed in as my email address So I think this is what you ment.
Success! It seems that ReadyCloud set to ON allows the NAS to be seen and gets rid of the Currently you have no registered devices problem!
I don't know how or why this setting changed to cause the problem. I have no recollection of turning it OFF! Could I have done so without knowing it!
In Summary SOLVED
Currently you have no registered devices - log in using //IPaddress/admin. in Admin Page, Cloud tab - toggle ReadyCLOUD to ON
Thanks to both of you for all your help
Kind regards
Mike

Hello Mike101,
What is the previous firmware version of the NAS?
Please also check if you are not also able to get to the NAS when you log in to the ReadyCloud portal instead of using the ReadyCloud app or client.

Hi Jennc
Cant tell you the previous version either since cant remember and cant access NAS via READYNas Portal.
Only thing I think I could do is go through the Discovery Process again!
Kind regards
Mike

You can access the NAS web ui directly, you don't need ReadyCloud. Enter https://nas-ipaddress/admin in your browser (using the real NAS IP address).
You should also be able to get the ReadyNAS log files from the RAIDar app found here: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20684/~/readynas-downloads#raidar
