I got on chat with Netgear. I think we got it fixed, it seems to be working from the app on my Android phone. I will check with a remote computer tomorrow to be sure.
I had the DNS setting wrong. I had the settings from c:/ipconfig/all. Changed DNS to the static LAN ip of the device 192.168.1.149. Changed DNS2 and DNS3 to values she gave me.
