RNDP6000 vith OS6 and readycloud
HI! There is known issue: RNDP6000 with OS 6 has no s/n and numbers are the same with MAC adress of device. that way i can't access to readycloud. also i know that legacy has no support but it seems to easy-solved, so i ask for some help. sorry for my poor english.:catembarrassed:

The fix has been applied already and the NAS was rebooted afterwards. The unit should have the actual serial number now.

Can you take a picture of the serial number and the MAC address of the NAS? That is usually located at the back or underneath of the chassis. Please PM it to me afterwards.
