Reinstall whichever version of SABnzbd you have over the top of itself. If you've installed Transmission (or an update to it) by Super-Poussin, it will replace the UNRAR version installed by SABnzbd with an older (not recommend) version. Re-installing SABnzbd over the top of itself will solve this problem.
