Sabnzbd no install directory on Nas

Ok, so I have changed the permissions and I can now see my downloads however I could see them before I just couldn't access inside the folders. However I am still at a loss as to how I access the Sabnzbd folder to be able to delete incomplete and the like. There is a media folder on the NAS set to everyone for permissions as I do not have any users or groups set up. I have tried to map a share to media with user credentials set in windows to admin and the correct password to the NAS but that always fails so I'm not sure what to do now.
