Thankyou a lot for the reply I have moved the folder like you suggested, however like you also say I am getting the error messages in Sab, I'm not sure what you mean about:
I have no groups setup so in permissions at the moment it just says folder owner nobody folder group no group.
Could you be more specific as I am a little bit dim :-)
Your going to want to set the owner/group for your "Downloads" share to admin/nobody
