Change the folder owner to "admin" and leave the folder group as is. You will probably need to apply the "Set ownership and permission for existing files and folders in this share to the above settings." for it to apply to existing files/folders in the share, and also enable "grant and rename priviledges to non-owner of files" so that users other than admin can access / modify / delete files.
Since you have a Duo v2, with the new UI and not the older "Frontview" UI, I cannot point you to where to set those options, as i'm unfamiliar with the new interface. These "advanced" settings might not even be available, somebody else with a Duo v2 or NV+ v2 might be better able to point you in the right direction as far as this is concerned. It may also be listed in the manual.
