Argh. I again copied from the wrong browser window (now finally closed ...). Thanks for the heads up, I fixed the links in the original post.
Btw: Would you mind updating PHP_1.1.bin so that it requests a reboot from the user? All that's needed to do that is copying the build_addon script to build_boot_addon. In the new build_boot_addon just remove the "skipreboot=1," from the line reading
