Sync time with large files

We are currently using many Readynas NVX and the Egnyte Local Cloud. We generally transfer very large files/folder and could be anywhere from 100mb to 1GB. Our Engyte addon is set to sync every 15 min...

Thanks for the reply. We will try a daily sync and see how that goes. We don't do any real collaboration so thats not an issue.
