Is this the NV+ that had a full OS partition last year?
How are you trying to upgrade the firmware? Are you doing it manually after downloading the firmware file?
Can you access your data and do you have a backup?

I can log in and access box. I can see the shares on my laptop as well. What I was trying to do is install the fix for remote access outside my network. I downloaded the patch/upgrade and executed from my laptop and received that error. Here are my model specifications.
Model: ReadyNAS NV+ [X-RAID] Serial: 20P292RJ000A8 Firmware: RAIDiator 4.1.13 [1.00a043] Memory: 256 MB [2.5-3-3-7] - StephenBGuru - Experienced User
Can you also provide a link to the patch/fix you were trying to install?
Also, were you installing this onto the laptop or onto the NAS?

Hello heinsite,
Unfortunately I cannot see any registered ReadyNAS model linked to your profile. Please give us more information of the ReadyNAS unit, the model number, what patch you are referring to, the firmware version. The firmware version and steps you have taken in attempting to resolve this.
Regards,

What patch? What NAS?
