Tranmission download location

Hi all,

I have got my transmission all up and running. However, the program keeps downloading all my torrents to a particular (non-existing) folder that it keeps making. Its a different folder to the settings.json!

As you can see, the directories set are : /c/Media/Downloads/Complete (the media folder is in the correct case as I altered the main folder form media to Media). However, transmission keeps setting the folder to : /c/Downloads/Complete.
