Everything was updated on the source NAS but the target was still a bit old. Updated it too and now it works again :D

(I really wish that ReadyNAS and/or the Replicate application would be a bit more supportive to solve these kind of problems. It's not the first time I spend hours to find a really stupid mistake... and probably not the last.)
