No. When there are multiple routes from the NAS to the PC, the NAS chooses the adapter it wants to use when sending to that PC. That can be a different adapter than the one that the inbound traffic from the PC to the NAS is being received from.
There is a metric associated with each route that determines the choice. There are ways to set these metrics in linux, so you could go in with ssh and try to adjust them. But if you don't really need the gigabit bond, then it's simpler just to remove it.

iperf also shows 1 gigabit in the NAS->Client direction, so this appears to be network related.
Are you seeing this on multiple PCs?
Perhaps try different cables.
It’s just on the nas. The rest of the pc’s work just fine with the 10gb switch.

Sorry, I think you misunderstood the question.
Is the NAS->PC link limited to 100 megabit on all the PCs? Or only one?
Also, how is the NAS connected to the switch? Do you have more than one ethernet cable connected? If so, are you connecting just 10 gigabit ports, or do you also have some gigabit ports connected?
Reads from the nas are limited to 100 mb on all other PCs. The nas is connected to the 10 gb switch with both it's ports as well as to a 1 gb switch with it's other 4 normal port in LACP port. I tried changing the cables and there was no change.
