TFTP boot recovery is just for Sparc units and is unreliable.
There is no USB Boot Recovery for ARM (at least none with a link posted publicly on this site) and you almost certainly don't need it in this case.
Open a tech support (http://www.readynas.com/support) case and edit the thread title (i.e. subject of first post in this thread) to include your case number.
