2 disks died at once :(
I shutdown my ReadyNAS Pro 4 this morning (Radiator 4.2.27) , but when I rebooted it an hour later, 2 of the 4 disks were suddenly marked as dead. The NAS wasn't physically moved, and its on a UPS ...

Spinning up all disks simultaneously also draws a lot more power. I think in some cases Netgear staggers spin-up, in other cases they don't. Perhaps one of the Netgear folks can comment.
