314 - Shares and shortcuts on (linux) PC
Hi, Ubuntu NASUltra, NASPro, NAS314 6.2.4
With my Ultra and Pro, I could create shortcuts in my PC Home folder to Shares on the NAS'.

Just deleting the shares/recreating them should work. Any snapshots should be deleted with the share.

My apologies for neglecting to give you the credit for the change from .../c/... to .../data/...
Yes, I had to use ssh and change the 'david' UUID on my Ultra (and Pro? from memory) to 1000 to match my UUID on Ubuntu.
I tried changing user/group before I posted but no combination worked.
I think, as you say, deleting the default shares and creating new shares is the easiest. I didn't want to ssh into the box becsause of the warranty ... I don't know how strict Netgear is. On my Ultra and Pro (which is still under warranty) I do it quite happily.
Is there a Rubbish Bin we need to worry about?
