3rd Drive not recognized
I have a ReadyNAS 214 with 2 x 16TB IronWolf Pro drives in Raid 0. I've inserted a third 16TB IronWolf Pro drive. Nothing is happening. Any ideas why? Thanks in advance ...

You are using FlexRAID with a 32 TB single volume?

Yes. Using FlexRAID. I did a RTFM session and it looks like my setup doesn't support adding a 3rd disk. True? XRAID looks like it would. If I went to X-RAID, the recovery data would be spread across 3 disks. Does this mean that I would have, in effect, a 3 disk Raid 0?

You'd have RAID-5 with three disks. But you can't migrate to X-RAID now, as it does not support RAID-0.

Actuallly you can add redundancy (which also gives you RAID-5). See page 42 and following in the manual:
