3rd Drive not recognized

I have a ReadyNAS 214 with 2 x 16TB IronWolf Pro drives in Raid 0. I've inserted a third 16TB IronWolf Pro drive. Nothing is happening. Any ideas why?   Thanks in advance                  ...
