This SMB network discovery problem is the sole reason I have not upgraded to this version on my Duo. From reading the posts it sounds that I am pretty much guaranteed that I will have this problem.
Does anyone know what the status is on this issue? I feel response from netgear has been extremely slow. I see in the recent posts that some of the logs have finally been obtained by them, but I have not seen any followup discussion by them in this forum.
Any opinions on whether I should upgrade? My current thoughts are no and wait until this is fixed. However, it is taking forever to get a 4.1.8 version where this is fixed and I fear that since the duo is now an older product, there may be no future updates.
