Bonjour device discovery issue

Hi, I have recently replace an old L2/L3 switch with Netgear GS752TPV3. Bonjour devices such as printers and other devices fails to be discovered by some computers. It used to work fine on the old switch. I couldn't find any mDNS settings on this switch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Firmware Version  V6.1.0.10

       

      I did not do any major configuration changes except changing the IP address. Everything else is on default.

    There was indeed a fix related to multicast control packets on firmware version 6.2.0.24.

     

    Were you able to update to the latest version 6.2.0.36 and did it help with the issue you reported?

      Hi Renna,

       

      Thank you for your reply. It's good to hear that there was a fix in the latest firmware. I did not update the firmware as the switch also developed an issue with the port LEDs. Netgear agreed to send a replacement. I will check and update the firmware on the new switch and will post the results here.

        Hi guys, updating to the latest firmware fixed the issue on both old and new switch. Port LEDs are working fine on the new switch. However now the replacement switch I have received is already registered on someone else's account.
