Regarding UPS units APC is a good brand. Most APC units which have a USB port (must have a USB port, serial-to-USB is incompatible) will work.
Connect the power of your NAS units and your router/switch to the UPS. Also connect a USB cable between one of the NAS units and the UPS. Then share it across your network with the other NAS
