4 disk suddenly removed?

Sitting watching tv when all of a sudden i get a load of emails from one of my NAS. Its the Readynas NV+ V2 (yes it is that modell) and no RAID, each disk is it's own volume.

First these came:

"Disk removal detected. [Disk 3] (NAS-1)
1 KB
From:
xxxxxx@xxxxxx.com
To:
xxxxxx@xxxxxx.com
A disk was removed from the ReadyNAS."

And i got one email for each harddrive, 4 total

Then a seconds later 4 new emails came..

"Volume will be removed as lost of disk, please reboot ReadyNas device for continue. (NAS-1)
2 KB
Från:
xxxxxx@xxxxxx.com
Till:
xxxxxx@xxxxxx.com
Volume will be removed as lost of disk, please reboot ReadyNas device for continue"

WTF !?!?! Seriously?!?! No one was near the NASes, And stupid me went straight down and shut down the NAS after i tried to connect to the webmanager only to get this:

You don't have permission to access / on this server

So after a quick search i cant find anything on this matter, The error message have been in the forum before but from people actually removing harddrives , BUT I DID NOT touch it.. so why give this messeage on ALL 4 disks at the same time? And what will happen when i turn it on again, empty disks? This modell kills disks and constantly gives me problems.. my Readynas 104 gives me no problems...

Best first step?

Two of your disks appear to be bad. I have let you know which ones via PM.
