Hi. Having same issue with an RN10200 - upgraded to OS 6.2 (eventually successfully!), Inet connection OK, email alerts working, LAN working but since OS upgrade antivirus update keeps failing. Tried dis & re-enabling real time antivirus scanning - no effect. Where do I find the DNS settings / 'router' field referenced above? Are these the ones listed under NAS GUI > Network > Settings > DNS? (currently listing WAN Primary & Secondary IPs)
