Installing the official 6.6.1 release seems to have solved the problem.

Which firmware did you update to 6.6.1 Beta 4 from?6.6.0 Beta 1, patched by Skywalker because of problems with the fans.
I decided to install the latest beta because after a restart the 6.6.0 version did not see the volumes.
Only after a second or third restart it recognised them and took some time to scan the volumes.
I'm running Owncloud with MySQL.
The difference with before is that I've attached another UPS (APC) and configured the shutdown at 50%.
