Access to a temporary rsync file

Hi,
I had to cancel a rsync backup job, and I'm left with a 15Go rsync temporary file that I'd like to delete ... but I always get a "permission denied" because it belongs to user with UID 0 and has a 600 permission.

Any idea about how to delete such a file ?

Thanks for your help. :)

P.S. : I have not installed root ssh and I'd rather not install it.

It is owned by root, so deleting it by accessing the share over CIFS as admin is probably the easiest way.
