Accidentally Removed Unit ReadyNAS Remote APP

Hello, I used to be able to see my ReadyNAS Duo unit listed on the 'ReadyNAS Remote' tab of the iPhone App but I accidentally deleted this through the edit button. Now I can no longer see the unit and the edit button doesn't do anything. Doing this has also stopped me being able to use the desktop app on my Macbook.

Is there anyway to make my ReadyNAS Duo unit visible again?

I have tried the following:

Uninstalling and re-installing the add-on on my ReadyNAS duo.
Uninstalling and re-installing the app on my iPhone.

  • Delete the user registration from the ReadyNAS, then re-add the user account to have it reappear.
  • Thanks I finally got this to work. I managed to solve the issue by uninstalling the app turning off my ReadyNAS duo. Turning it back on and then reinstalling the app. If you accidentally delete through the edit setting like me (I think you are just telling the app to forget the unit by doing that) it will only reappear after you reboot the device and reinstall the app.

Following that I found it is important to set up the FTP service to allow anonymous login. I had no luck logging in with my user accounts for some reason.
