I take it it you don't maintain backups.
You should contact Netgear support and ask them to quote for an initial assessment for data recovery. There is no guarantee that they will be able to retrieve your data, but trying anything else is likely to make data recovery more difficult. I would power off the nas until you have decided about data recovery.
