Adding 3TB drive on RN104 - Taking more than 30 hours
Hi All,
Simple question (i think)
Is it normal to expect that the additon of a drive to a readynas would take 30-???? hours to "rebuild"
I bought the NAS on Saturday and placed 1 3TB drive in it.
This week i Added 1 more 3TB drive for redundancy (this took around 12 hours to add)
After that had completed i added another 3TB drive.
The nas is "rebuilding" volumes, the original drives data is currently available but it has taken 30 hours already and is only about 50% complete.
Is this normal?
Can i still use the NAS while this is all happening?
Regards
