Hi Jenn,
Thank you! Both connect on Chrome with no SSL, but only the Backup-NAS connects on Safari, also with no SSL. Shares are visible and work fine on the Mac finder. Anti-virus running on both units. How do I attach the logs to my reply?

Hello Woodie1,
As discussed, you have used multiple computers and browser, cleared browser cache, no SSL, SSH is also not enabled as I checked on the logs and you have also sent the logs, I will check as well with others what could be causing it.
