Admin page of Netgear NAS not reachable

Hi,

 

i cannot access my Netgear NAS admin page, although al shares are accessible but it just wont connect to admin page after taking the credentials, with RAID utility what i  get is "Error Managmnet serivce is offline" Firmware version is 6.2.3. i have attached logs as well

 

 i have tried restarting mutiple times but no success

    Resolved.

    After updating the system from 6.2.3 to 6.4.0 Beta 6 it is now working fine.

    Can you download the logs using RAIDar 6.0 and then send them in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

        Resolved.

        After updating the system from 6.2.3 to 6.4.0 Beta 6 it is now working fine.
