AFP Not Working
So I've been beating my head against the wall trying to solve a problem with both a Macbook and Macbook Pro not being able to see the AFP share on my ReadyNAS Pro on my home network. I'm a Mac newbie...

You normally only have a domain specified if you are running a DNS server on the network - which most home users do not. I would remove all references to the domain name on the router and macs as well as the NAS
