After Firmwareupdate to 6.7.5 the admin page is not reachable

Hello,

i need some help with using my readyNAS RN102. Yesterday I got the message, that a new firmware update 6.7.5 is available. After automatic installation of this update by using the admin page and a reboot of RN102 the admin page is not reachable yet.

The network conditions are not changed, a reboot still doesn´t take any effect. All services (webserver, php and myssql) are running, the network device is reachable and I can use the networkfolders as before installing the update.

What can I do to reach the admin page now?

Is there any way to reset the system without loosing any data on disks?

Does https://nas-up-address/fwbroker respond?  Use the real NAS IP address of course.

I have the same problem with my ReadyNAS 214.  After firmware update to 6.7.5 the admin page is offline and I've tried all the recommended methods to get to it.  Yes, I've tried the FWBroker and it finds the NAS just fine.  I've run the update with it, but it's already at the most current version.

I can get to the NAS through Ready Cloud as well, just can't access the Admin page.  I've double checked to make sure I'm on the same network... using a Netgear Nighthawk R8500.

The apps on the NAS are running fine.  I've also Netgear RAIDar.  Everything looks healthy on the NAS.  Ran Diagnostics, no issues.  But when I try going to the admin page, it's a no-go.

      Any help would be appreciated.

You're running the current released firmware.  Some users in your situation found that manually installing 6.8.0 beta via fwbroker fixed this issue.  It's currently at RC-1, and I've found it to be stable.
