    You definitely would have got a popup which asked for you to type something to confirm you wanted to delete the share. This is a safeguard against accidental deletion of shares.

Your logs show that after you deleted the snapshots you deleted the share as well.

[16/05/13 14:52:53] info:snapshot:LOGMSG_SNAPSHOT_DELETE_INFO Snapshot 2015_09_30__00_00_19 was successfully deleted from share or LUN NETWORK_STORAGE.
[16/05/13 14:56:53] info:share:LOGMSG_DELETE_SHARE Share NETWORK_STORAGE was deleted.
[16/05/13 16:18:29] info:share:LOGMSG_ADD_SHARE Share NETWORK_STORAGE was added.
[16/05/13 16:21:14] info:share:LOGMSG_DELETE_SHARE Share NETWORK_STORAGE was deleted.

    There was an option to delete all the snapshots, i think this is what deleted the share.
